Terex Trucks are proud to achieve a third RoSPA Silver Award for Health and Safety practices in recognition of ongoing commitment to raising health and safety standards.

Terex Trucks has achieved a Silver award for a third consecutive year, in the internationally-renowned RoSPA Health and Safety Awards, the longest-running industry awards scheme in the UK.

The RoSPA Awards scheme, which receives entries from organisations around the world, recognises achievement in health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.


Karen Anne Duffy, Terex Trucks’ Senior HSE Advisor said: “We take health and safety very seriously at Volvo Motherwell and are thrilled to be recognised by RoSPA for a third year. We've had an excellent year in terms of health and safety initiatives and securing this Silver award for once again demonstrates consistency in our approach to health and safety management. With our commitment to continued improvement we can work towards the Gold award.

"We communicate our health and safety initiatives with staff who are involved in groups such as our Better Place to Work Committee. Health and safety is vital for us as a heavy manufacturing business and with the support and understanding of our management team our working environment remains a safe place to be."
